“It turned out amazing!”
I highly recommend Eric and his team at Remedy Residential. Eric first did a pantry remodel for us several years ago followed by a mudroom/bathroom remodel. We were so pleased with the quality, design, and work that in 2020 we hired Eric to do a major home remodel (knocking out walls for a larger living room, moving the master bedroom, replacing several windows, remodeling master bathroom, installing new fireplace and restructuring chimney and more). It turned out amazing! Just exactly as we had hoped. In 2021 we hired Eric and his company, again, to build an exterior shop and barn next to our house. This was a huge project and different than our previous remodels, but we had another great experience working with Eric and his team. Like any remodel or building project, people have to understand that timelines change (unfortunately!) and flexibility and communication are key. With Eric and his company, I appreciate that Eric was always extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. In working with him, he always went the extra mile to explain things thoroughly to us, talk us through adjusted timelines or hiccups in the plan (mostly due to supply chain disruptions), send us emails with details, etc. Eric is a really upstanding, honest guy, and we have been more than pleased with all the work he has done for us (and I'm sure we'll use him again for our next building/remodel idea!)

“I would definitely use them again”
We hired Erick and his wonderful crew for a full remodel (a full gut job) of our new home. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and know how it can be a nightmare!! There are always hick-ups with big jobs. Remedy was very professional, organized, and easy to work with. If I had a problem Eric and Jayden (his main foreman) were great!! At the end of each week, we would receive a detailed email telling us exactly what was done that week and the projection for the next week. Jayden is amazing!! I can't say enough about him!! I made lots of changes during the process and it was taken with ease, of course, I had to pay for the changes, but it's to be expected. They gave us a timeline of 8 weeks and it went over by 1 week, which if you saw this job you would be impressed! Most contractors would've gone weeks over the timeline. I would definitely use them again!

It was such a pleasure working with Eric and Remedy Residential. He is honest, hard working and good to his word. If I overpaid, he returned the money... who does that? I knew all costs and what to expect up front. There were no hidden fees and if changes had to occur, there was great communication before, during and after. Remodels are tricky, but we would do it all over again, and so happy with our experience and the results. I recommend him to all my friends!

Remedy Residential- this team is wonderful, they were here everyday working, Mike the foreman kept everything going. The finished result is excellent cabinets are what I picked out the flooring is beautiful, the room even looks larger there is not enough paper to tell you how good they are. We really recommend them.

“The work performed by Eric and his crew was superlative in every way”
We had Eric Roser, of Remedy Residential, replace our disintegrating lattice work pergola with a sloped roof patio cover that is 12' x 25'. The work performed by Eric and his crew was superlative in every way. His entire crew was trained in every aspect of the construction. We had two skylights installed and the roof is covered with asphalt tiling that is identical to our existing roof. The timbers are massive, 6" unfinished posts, with 6" x 8" beams firmly embedded in the house structure. We could not have asked for a better job and heartily recommend this company for any kind of construction, inside or outside!
